  Locate Crime Area by Address

This tool allows you to find a crime area by entering a street address or cross streets.

Click on this tool to open the Locate Crime Area form. A crime area can be found either by searching a street address or by cross streets.

Locate By Street Address
Enter a single street address into the street box including street number and type. Click on the Locate button. The Close Window button may be clicked to close the window.

A new window will appear displaying the matching Street Address with a score. If multiple results appear, then the one with the highest score is the most probable. Locate Another Address button may be clicked on to locate a different address. The Close Window button may be clicked to close the Locate By Street Address form. Click on a number to open the Query/Selection Results window and retrieve the Average Crime Rates for Twelve Quarters Ending on 12/31/2001 table.

A new map will be displayed with a point and label on the located address.

Query/Selection Results window displays the Average Crime Rates for Twelve Quarters Ending on 12/31/2001. Clicking the Zoom to Map Selection link will zoom in to the selected address. The Close Window button may be clicked to close the window.

Recording Area Explanation: A link to an explanation of Recording Area selection.
Locate By Cross Street

Enter a Street name into both the Street and Cross Street box and click on Locate. The Close Window button may be clicked to close the window.

A new page will appear displaying the matching Street Address with a score. If multiple results appear, then the one with the highest score is the most probable. Locate Another Address button may be clicked on to locate a different address. The Close Window button may be clicked to close the Locate By Street Address form. Click on a number to open the Query/Selection Results window and retrieve the Average Crime Rates for Twelve Quarters Ending on 12/31/2001 table.
